How long does it take to learn enough to actually use and benefit from the Essence framework?

The fundamentals of the model are easy to learn and are presented in the first 30 minutes of the training course. But the course has 3 additional hours of video which focuses on concrete examples of the use of Essence. In these examples practitioners gain a more in depth understand of the checklists and how to apply them to common situations practitioners often face. This is where the real value of the framework comes in and the real learning. We say in the training that while the model is easy to learn it is difficult to master and that you never stop learning with Essence because each situation a practitioner faces presents a new opportunity to apply Essence and continue to learn.
